Welcome to our new website!

Chuck

We don't really know much about Chuck. Rumour on the street is he was raised by snakes. If you want to talk ball pythons, he's the one to go to.

Karen

Karen's a bit of everything in this store. There is nothing around here that Karen does not have a part of. Being a small time hobbyist for most of her life, Karen is now a co-owner of All Reptiles. She's got a university degree in Environmental Sciences which she uses to her advantage in understanding the mechanics and anatomy of reptiles and how to establish them into our living environments. Karen loves to share her knowledge with anyone that cares to ask and is constantly looking for new reptile products to test out.

Adrian

What started as nothing but an enthusiastic customer, Adrian has quickly become our most knowledgeable staff here at All Reptiles over the years. Master of rock n roll instruments and bass guitarist in his heavy metal rock band, STALINGRAD, he is a man of many talents and definitely well loved and well known in our family. Adrian is always working with a smile and always eager for a challenge. He owns 44 (and growing!) animals at home, always full of information and always on the go learning as much as he can. Adrian's goal is to learn first hand about and to care for every single captive reptile at least once in his life. We've got extremely high hopes for Adrian's future in the reptile industry.

Evan

Evan is the longest standing member of our family to this day, being a part of us right from the beginning in 2009. Evan started his days with us volunteering with general clean up of the store and the live rodent area but it didn't take long for us to make him our very first hire. Evan is an exerienced carpenter, an amazing acoustic guitar player, and an artist in the making as well as being a reptile enthusiast. Right now he is best known for being the master caretaker of the hundreds of live rodents we keep in store at all times. Evan has 3 animals at home.

Jason B.

Talk about a man of many talents.... Jason B. is an outstanding individual who is always on his toes managing a life full of activities. Passion, commitment, and an innate devotion to reptiles is what drives Jason to be a part of our family. He's got a heart the size of a basketball and a sense of humour that would knock you off your feet. When he's not busy taking care of his 12 animals, Jason is busy running his own business as a youth dance teacher as well as his own radio show. He's also a DJ, a street performer, and a comedian. Check out his dance projects at www.larchaud.com and his radio show, G5 Canadian Urban! Temporary leave of absence.

Katherine

Kat is the other baby of the family and was our second co-op student starting in September, 2010. She has since earned her place as a permanent employee. She started off shy, quiet, and a bit apprehensive, but after some rigourous training at All Reptiles, she is now bold, loud, and fearless with reptiles of all sizes and personalities. Kat likes to take initiative, ask questions, be observant, and never has to be corrected more than once to execute a difficult task. Kat currently owns 5 animals at home and it won't be long before that number doubles.

Soleil

Soleil the German Sheppard X Great Dane is the protector of the family. She is well loved at All Reptiles by staff and customers alike. She was found by a close customer of All Reptiles at the vulnerable age of 2 weeks, abandoned by her previous owners. After being told by veterinarians that her chances of survival were slim, we owe her life to Catherine Rebiero her rescuer. Little did anyone know, except for Catherine, Soleil is a fighter and she fought her way back to health with the loving help of Catherine. By the time she was 3 months old, she was 100% healthy and ready to be adopted by a permanent family. Soleil is now Karen's love of her life, and one is never seen without the other ever again. She is our ray of sunshine!

Kalbi

The carefree and goofy Chocolate Lab X something (we think Newfoundland), Kalbi is definitely a jaunty character to say the least. Kalbi used to be a Petsmart dog but then after a major intravenous injection mishap at a veterinarian clinic, he was deemed undesireable and abandoned to the care of the clinic. After almost losing his leg and days after his recovery, Chuck lovingly took him into his home and can now be found at the store jumping and slobbering on anything that moves. These days he can be found wrestling with Soleil and sweeping the floor of the store with his fur at the same time.
Kalbi is now also head of the complaint department at All Reptiles.

Did you know?

That water, glass and plastic will filter out the majority of UVA & UVB rays?
Screen or bars is the best way to keep the critter contained & to let the rays through.

Harmful and/or deadly Myths!

No animal grows to its environment. Every creature will grow to its designed size. Even if the body is stunted a little due to lack of space, the organs will continue to grow until they fail.
